Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

FlashVerify ("the Service") is a B2B phone verification API operated by 9Eons Limited ("we", "us", "9Eons"), a company registered in England & Wales. The Service provides phone number verification via flash calls, voice OTP, and SMS OTP.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to registered businesses only. By creating an account, you represent that you are authorised to bind your organisation to these terms. All accounts are subject to approval by 9Eons.

3. Account Obligations

• You must provide accurate company and contact information
• You are responsible for securing your API keys and credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
• One account per company unless otherwise agreed

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use FlashVerify for legitimate phone number verification purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited calls or messages (spam)
• Verifying numbers without the end user's consent
• Using the service for fraud, harassment, or illegal purposes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the service or circumvent rate limits
• Reselling the service without written agreement from 9Eons
• Using the service to verify numbers in sanctioned countries

5. Pricing and Payment

• FlashVerify operates on a prepaid balance model
• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice
• Balance is non-refundable except at 9Eons' discretion
• Verification costs are deducted at the time of the API call, regardless of delivery outcome
• Failed verifications due to invalid numbers are still charged

6. Service Level

We target 99.9% API uptime. However, the Service is provided "as is" without guarantee. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, delivery failures, or delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Data Processing

We process phone numbers submitted via the API solely for verification purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and GDPR compliance.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms our infrastructure or reputation. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9Eons' total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
